The Madison Lacrosse Club Boys 6U/8U will be running our internal league this year similar to last season. We will be scheduling games with HSV and trying to get some games with TN teams. Coach Matt Osborne and Coach Brandon Harrison will be co-head coaching with many new and returning assistants. This is a great age to learn the game of lacrosse and help coach. • Cost: MLC Fee: $150 and USA Lacrosse Membership: $35 https://www.usalacrosse.com/membership
• Pratices: 1 on the weekend and may add one optional in during the week. Starts in February. Practice will be at NOW Soccer 147 Westchester Rd Bldg E, Madison, AL 35758 and fields in the Madison area.
• Games: Games will be scheduled with Huntsville and TN teams. These games could be on the weekend or during the week depending on the distance.

The Madison Lacrosse Club Girls 10U will be competing in the Greater Birmingham Youth Lacrosse Association (GBYLA). MLC will be offering the GBYLA option. Coach Audrina Young as head coach and Coach Alisha Lewis as assistant. Others will be assisting as well. Requires a USA Lacrosse membership valid until 1 May 2024.

• Cost: GBYLA fee: $110, MLC Fee: $250, and USA Lacrosse Membership: $35 https://www.usalacrosse.com/membership

• Games: GBYLA play. 5 will be in the Madison area and 5 will be in the Birmingham area with a season ending 1 day Jamboree of 3 games in Hoover, AL. These games will be on the weekends. Non-GBYLA games will be scheduled with Huntsville and TN teams. These games could be on the weekend or during the week depending on the distance.

The developmental team option gives players the ability to practice and participate in non-GBYLA games without the pressure of competitive league play to build their skills.
